Enterprise AI assistant built within a 7-member Agile team over 5 weeks. Contributed to LangChain & LangGraph integration, the RAG pipeline, an MCP server with Google Custom Search, and SSE token streaming. Features Azure AD auth, PostgreSQL chat management, vector embeddings with semantic search, multi-model support (GPT-4, Gemini, Claude), and Docker/Kubernetes deployment with GitLab CI/CD.
ClinicBook
Clinic appointment automation SaaS for Turkish private clinics. Multi-tenant architecture with per-clinic data isolation, a public booking page via a unique slug system, drag-and-drop calendar with real-time sync, automated SMS/email reminders via cron jobs, and Activepieces webhook integration for no-code automation. Designed for self-hosted deployment with no vendor lock-in.
CFTR Variant Pathogenicity Classifier
TEKNOFEST 2026 Sağlıkta Yapay Zeka Yarışması: binary pathogenicity classifier for CFTR gene variants built as part of a LightGBM bagging ensemble, contributing to the team's qualification for the live evaluation round in Şanlıurfa. Performed a full path-robustness refactor across ten Python scripts for cross-environment reproducibility.
